Login with Single Sign-On (SSO) - Current HZO Employees

Edge Browser for best compatibility.  Other browsers like
Chrome and Firefox are also supported.


Visit https://hzo.ultipro.com


The site will redirect to Microsoft Office 365 website login.microsoftonline.com to perform SSO login. 


You may be prompted to login. 

(1) Verify the HZO logo and URL is correct before proceeding.



(2) Enter your username in email format.


Note: In most cases the username is the same as email address.



Enter your Microsoft Office 365 password


Press "Sign In" button



Enter the 6 digit Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) code if prompted. The code is available from your mobile authenticator app.



Don't have the Authenticator app to generate the codes? Click on "Sign in another way" to login



Click on one of the 2 choices

  • Yes to stay signed in if this is a trusted device. 
  • No if this is a shared computer



You will be logged in to UltiPro

  • Error: User name/password combination is incorrect or account is inactive
  • Error: There is a problem with your activation. Please try again or contact your administrator.
  • Error: Your sign-in is blocked (Microsoft Office 365 SSO login only)
